GT Referral Process 2024-2025
You'll find instructions and prompts for the teacher on this document. **If they see one that really stands out to them in the way of creativity and unique ideas, they should send this to Tammy Gay @ PVE right away. Otherwise, teachers will need to keep these safe until needed for the referral process.
To refer a student to GT, teachers need to do the following:
Fill out the student's name and information on the referral spreadsheet. Make sure you are on the correct school tab. Please include all information on that spreadsheet, including the student's exact age.
Click on the link in the top left corner of the referral spreadsheet to access the referral rating sheet
Print and fill out the teacher rating sheet.
Staple the student's Squiggle Screener to it and send to Tammy Gay @ PVE
We are using this creativity screener to aid in the referral process. Teachers will attach this screener to any GT referrals they make this year.
