Working through grief or loss— "I'm going through a breakup/loss, I've lost someone special"
Exploring big questions — "What do I want to do with my life after graduation?"
Building your capacity — "I want to do hard things AND be well...how do I make those goals work together?"

Student Testimonies
"My experience in the Wellness Center was a very welcoming experience. I had gotten worked up so my friend suggested the Wellness Center. At first, I was nervous, but everyone there was very welcoming, and just talking to someone made my experience better and helped me calm down.
The second time I decided to go into the Wellness Center was, again, [because] I was feeling stressed and worked up. [From] my first experience, I felt that Wellness is an open space, and I was right. Wellness gave me an opportunity to explore my feelings and emotions."
