Bio: Life is for bringing our brightness into being, yet we may carry beliefs and emotional burdens that block joy, keep us stuck in “ways of being” that don’t serve us, or feel distant from others and our own inner light.
Here at Santa Clara High School I support teens experiencing anxiety, depression, grief/loss, relational issues, challenges with an “inner critic”, and seeking to change patterns not getting them the results they want.
I will support your exploration in gaining insights, discovering and utilizing strengths, and developing mindfulness, self-compassion, and confidence in trusting yourself. Counseling is a safe space for exploration, reflection, and developing the skills in supporting our journey forward.
Outside of work, I enjoy arts and crafts, reading, cooking/baking, travel, community advocacy, connection with friends and family, and enjoying the beauty of nature.
