Our Plan

During the 2021-2022 school year, we have been working harder than ever to do our part to help stop climate change. However, we have encountered a problem.

We need YOUR help to reduce our school's carbon footprint!

• Remember the announcements? Next time, do us a favor and listen to them to be informed on upcoming projects and clubs.

• Have you ever finished eating and dumped everything into the nearest trash can? It turns out that you are not the only one. Help us make a change by throwing it in the correct trash bins. Trash bins will be moved and added to every area, but for now, sort your trash here and at home.

• Do you simply place your unwanted fruits in the bin? Spoiler alert: the fruits are not re-used. At the end of the day, they are simply thrown away. Next time, you have two choices: eat the fruit or place it in the compost.

• Help us decide what vegetarian foods and fruits can be suitable for the cafeteria, Be sure to understand that produce is seasonal and shortages are possible. The amount needed for every school must be considered as well. Fill out the form below as the first step to help Peterson!
