California statewide student ID ; every K-12 student in a California public school is assigned an ID number. The number should be printed on your transcript.
* UC/CSU will not consider SAT or ACT test scores when making admissions decisions or awarding scholarships. If you choose to submit test scores as part of your application, they may be used as an alternative method of fulfilling minimum requirements for eligibility or for course placement after you enroll.
** Once your application has been submitted, you are expected to pay for all your campus choices, even if you cancel your application at a later date. The application fees are non-refundable.

Every private college/ university requirements are different but these are some general private college/university checklist:

* Test scores and dates from your college entrance exams (SATs, ACTs, etc.)

Academic honors and achievements
Nonrefundable application fee or ** fee waiver request
*You may self-report scores for any standardized tests in the Testing section. Every private college/university has different testing requirements. Some colleges will always need your test scores. Other colleges may be flexible or have a test optional policy. Be sure to check the Testing policy of the colleges on your list.
** A request to the college to remove the application fee. Using either the Common App fee waiver, which your counselor must confirm, or a college-specific fee waiver, you will not be required to pay the fee to submit your application. NOT GUARANTEED. Check if you qualify for a fee waiver through Coalition for College or the Common Application.
