Confidentiality Statement

The Sacramento City Unified School District is dedicated to ensuring a safe and supportive environment for all staff, students, and families. 

When using this hotline, please be assured of the following:

1.  Confidentiality: All complaints and reports made through the hotline will be treated with the utmost confidentiality. Information will be safeguarded and only shared with directly relevant staff members who need to know in order to address and resolve the concern, if applicable.

2.  Anonymous Reporting: You may choose to remain anonymous if preferred. While providing your identity can aid in resolving the issue more effectively, it is not a requirement.

3. Non-Retaliation: Retaliation against anyone who reports a concern in good faith is strictly prohibited. Your decision to report an issue will not impact your standing within the school district.
