What to Expect...
Welcome Student Teachers,
Thank you for your interest in becoming a Student Teacher with Sacramento City Unified School District, New Teacher Support program.
Our office will receive a placement request from your university placement coordinator/supervisor.
Assignments will be approved by our office
Once approved, Student Teachers will receive the Student Teacher Packet with next steps
Once we receive your completed Student Teacher Packet and confirm all requirements, you will receive an email from our office (studentteachers@scusd.edu) confirming you have cleared the student teacher placement process and may begin your student teaching assignment.
Until then, you may not participate in any district activities including online learning.
