- Any student participating in a sport for Rosemont High School Athletics?

- All physicals must be conducted by a licensed medical provider.
- Only physicals completed June 1st 2024 or later. Physicals conducted prior to this date will not be accepted.
- Physical forms must have the official stamp of the health care provider.

- Yes, even if the physical is less than a year old, we require all athletes for the 2024/2025 season to have a physical completed after June 1st 2024.

- June 25th 2024 athletes can get a physical at the RHS training room for $25 cash.
- Students must have the top half of the physical form completed before arriving on June 25th

- Yes
- After the deadline for each season, athletic clearances will be reviewed on a weekly basis. Even if all documents are submitted, athletes are not cleared to participate in athletics until the Athletic Director has reviewed the documents.
- Athletic clearances will not be reviewed after March 15, 2025

- Athletes are prohibited from participation in training, practice, or tryouts without a valid physical.
