Mental Health and Wellness Services

Do you feel anxious or worried a lot?

Sad all the time, or not ever interested in the things you used to like doing?

Easily frustrated or angry and can't control your emotions?

Everyone experiences those feelings - they are normal! But they don't have to interrupt our lives or make us miserable.

Just like physical health, mental health is something we all have. Also like physical health, we can sometimes become unwell mentally. It is natural and normal - one in five people will experience mental illness at some point in their life (NAMI, 2020)!

And, just like physical health - there is HELP for those times when we aren't feeling well mentally.

Student Support Center staff can assist you in getting connected to a mental health professional. Just complete the Request for Support form (forma de Solicitud de Apoyo) and we will contact you with in 72 hours.

Anxious about reaching out for support? That is normal, too! Some of our staff have been there - reach out and talk to us about it. We care. We are here for you!
