Mental and Emotional Wellness

The RHS Wellness Form is available for students to fill out for themselves or for another RHS student who may benefit from support from their Counselor.

Parents, guardians, and staff may also fill out for a RHS Student who are in need of support in the following areas:

Attendance - Academic - Family stress - Food, clothing or shelter - Gender or sexual identity - Health - Homelessness - Mental Health - Racial discrimination or hate crime

Virtual Calming Room: This Virtual Calming Room is a place for students, families and staff to find tools and strategies for managing emotions and feelings and building our resilience during this pandemic .
