Google Office Hours (Monday thru Friday) 9:00-10:00 and 1:00-2:00
During office hours, students will have immediate access to teachers through google classroom, voice and text message, and email. If you have questions about content, your teacher will be available during those times.
All advisors will be able to answer or reply to phone calls and messages between the hours 9:00 and 3:00 Monday through Friday. Any messages received outside of those times will be returned on the next available school day.

Google Classroom
Google Classroom will be used to facilitate paperless communication between teachers and students and streamline educational workflow. Weekly assignments will be posted on Mondays in Google Classroom. Beginning Monday April 13th, attendance and participation will be recorded for students who have been completing assigned work that will reinforce previously taught content. Content teachers will provide students feedback via Google. The assignments will reinforce previously taught material. Also, some special’s teachers (Art, Music, etc) have attached to another teacher and you may find some enrichment activities from them in google classroom as well.
Teacher Case Managers (Friday Check In)
Each student will be assigned a case manager. This teacher will be in contact with their students once a week to make sure assignments are getting completed or for general guidance during this time. Your case manager will either be Mrs. Higgenbotham, Mr. Lewis, Ms. Trayanum, Mrs. Loomis, Mrs. Hunter, Mr. Sommers, Mr. Kozak, Mr. Webb, Mrs. Williams-Johnson, or Mrs. Pace. They may be in contact with you through Google (email, classroom, voice), phone, or Zoom.
