Example: A window with 4 panes + 1 screen = 9 units (4 inside + 4 outside + 1 screen).

Houses/buildings with easy access that make the job quick and simple may be subject to lower prices per unit.

Additional services such as deep cleaning window tracks, sills, frames, French windows, high dusting, heavy residue, solar panels, gutters and/or moving personal items to access service areas will be added at a time plus cost to the final invoice. 

Complicated and high risk access to service spots will also be considered into the final price. 

Siding Cleaning (Softwashing) & Roof Cleans

We provide cleaning services for roofs, siding, soffit and fascia. We use a Softwashing technique called 'Downstreaming' in which we use a pressure washer to apply cleaning agents. There is no high pressure water sprayed on the house. 

Softwashing costs $0.35 - $0.50 cents per square foot of the floor plan on your house.

The price range depends on access and amount of residue removal required to achieve a clean finish.

*Houses 15+ years old or sides which are exposed to direct sunlight are not guaranteed to return to original condition as the solar effects can cause damage cleaning will not affect.
