For an average two-story house with around 22 standard windows, costs might average $350, ranging from $200 to $500, influenced by additional services like screen cleaning or hard water removal. 

Hourly rates across Canada, including BC, hover between $80 to $100, but flat fees are more common for residential jobs to account for travel and setup in rural or mountainous areas like the Interior or Columbia Valley.
