Pricing
We start with a base rate of $150.
A final quote is tailored to your specific property, considering the number of windows, their size, and height.
Additional services like screen cleaning or heavily soiled windows may increase the cost.
If your property has unique access challenges, such as those involving pets, children, or shared spaces with neighbors, we'll factor that into the quote during our assessment.
Appointments
Appointments are required for service assessments.
This allows us to access your property's interior for the most accurate quote, which can be emailed upon request.
During the appointment, we'll discuss any special considerations, such as the presence of pets or children, to ensure safe and efficient service.
If your home is in a shared community, we can also advise on notifying neighbors about our visit to minimize disruptions.
Water Usage
We use your water supply.
Please ensure your spigots are functional before the service date.
If you do not have a functioning water source, let us know and we may be able to accommodate.
For properties with outdoor pets or play areas for kids, we'll take care to avoid any water runoff that could affect those spaces.
Furniture Movement
During the on-site assessment, we'll discuss furniture movement based on the service needed.
If pets or children frequent certain areas, we recommend securing those spaces or relocating items in advance to prevent any accidental disturbances or safety issues.
Rainy Day Policy
Most services can proceed in light rain.
If weather conditions necessitate rescheduling, we'll notify you beforehand, prioritizing the safety of our team, your property, and any pets, children, or neighbors who might be impacted by the work.
Preparing for the Service
We appreciate it if you clear any access restrictions to the areas requiring cleaning.
We will assess the situation upon arrival and communicate any additional needs clearly.
For safety, please secure pets in a separate room or area to avoid them wandering into work zones, and supervise or relocate children during the service if possible.
If your property borders neighbors, consider giving them a heads-up about potential noise or activity.
Additionally, if you have valuables near the cleaning areas, we recommend moving them to prevent accidental damage.
Being Home During Service
You don't need to be home if the service is only for the exterior and we have your payment information and contact details.
However, if pets or children are on the property, we strongly recommend someone is present to manage them for safety reasons.
If we can't access your property or encounter an issue preventing us from working (such as unsecured pets or kids), and we cannot reach you by phone, cancellation fees may apply.
For shared or neighboring properties, we will coordinate to respect boundaries and minimize any inconvenience.
