First, you must complete the training module on scribeamerica.training titled "Humanity Scheduling Training."
If you are having trouble logging in to that website, try resetting your password using this site: selfservice.healthchannels.com That should send you a reset to your personal email (whatever is listed in workday.) Then you'll be able to log in using your healthchannels account and new password on scribeamerica.training.
The Humanity app can be accessed at http://apps.healthchannels.com however, you will need to submit your availability on the mobile app.
**Of note, if you indicate on Humanity that you are unavailable from 7a-3p, Humanity recognizes that you are then available for a 3 pm shift.
The schedule is made with your placed availability.
To Trade or Drop shifts on Humanity: (Please refer to training video for specifics.)
· Release Shift: Allows employees to send a request to one or more co-workers asking them to cover their shift. Releasing a shift does not mean the employee is no longer responsible for working the shift. The shift will still be assigned to the employee until alternative coverage has been approved by a manager
· Trade shift: Allows employees to trade or swap a shift with a coworker.
Please refer to "Provider Schedule and D1 floor training" email for log in information. This will be provided after completing classroom training.
- Click Schedule at the top and then "view group schedule" from the drop down. Make sure all attending, ED west/RME and resident schedules are selected. -

If they would like to do their own labs, make sure to refresh the .edcourse blue bar in ED Course.
If they don't want you to complete the rest of the chart after the PE, then do HPI through PE and then use .satraumatransition
Take the time to review these slides- it make take a small chunk of time but you will feel better prepared for everything at our site.
