Registrations Now Open

We will be using OLEMS for registrations for Cuboree 2026. Registrations will be open 4th of May. The link to the system is here: ACT Scouts - Online Applications System 

COSTS:

The price for Cuboree 2026 is as follows:

Youth Member - $450

Adult Leader or Supporter - $250

Flying Activity add $150

Pricing above will also include a merchandise pack which includes Badges, Shirt, Bucket Hat, and other goodies.

All event fees are paid online by credit or debit card to an instalment schedule (Below), payment plans are available.

•Applications open: May 4 2026

•New Applications must be received by: Midnight – Friday 31st July 2026

•All payments are due processed in OLEMS by: Midnight 20 September 2026

Payment Schedule

First Payment - As soon as your able

Second Payment - 31st July

NSW Contingent Bus - 31st July

  Optional Joy Flight (or additional merchandise) - 31st July

Final Payment - 30th August

Day Worker Registrations are done within the Registration System. Please note that you will need to bring your own food and drink. Day workers will not be elegible to camp. Once your application has been submitted, this will be locked into place and unable to be changed.
