CHECK-IN 

1. • Process For All Campers and Visitor:

     1. • • Formal Check-in starts at Lien Doan level.  Each Lien Doan will have their rep provide the binder of everyone in that LD to TKT Registration staff.  

          • Process:

1. Campers will park at the parking lot and use the wheel barrel to transfer items into their appropriate camp site

2. Campers go through the gate to check in with TKT Staff. 

3. Campers need to check-in with their LD Rep for:

                    • TKT patches

                    • T-Shirt(s) (if pre-ordered)

4.  Visitors will have to sign in AND out with TKT Staff. 

1. • For LD check-in:

     1. WHEN: 

        • • Friday 4/24 3pm - 10pm

          • Saturday 4/25 7am-8 am 9-10am

2. WHERE: Dining Hall

3. WHAT NEED:

1. • 2. Checking-in requirement: LD Binder for ALL of your participants includes:

        • • Medical Form part A & B (part C & insurance card is not required but encouraged) NO FORM, NO GO.

1. • 2. • • • COPE and activity Consent Form that signed and approval by Parents or Legal Guardian (Troop/Crew Scouts only)

1. • 2. • LD Binder is organized as follow:

          • • Subdivided by Units (Au, Thieu, Thanh, Parents, & Leaders & Alumni

            • Within each unit, please alphabetized all names by FIRST then LAST name. 

1. • What will each Lien Doan receive at check-in?

     2. • Patches: Main camp patch (one for each registered camper)

        • Wristband will only be provided to those who turned in the complete BSA form (plus activity waiver for Thieu-Thanh)

        • Camp Map and location of their Lien Doan - 5 per LD. 

        • Main areas reviewed - bathrooms, flag pole, dining etc.. 

        • Parking passes: 2 per campsite or one per unit. 

Note: No car driving in the camp area during these time:

                    • Saturday - after 7:30 am

                    • Sunday - before 10:30 am

     2. • We strongly recommend that each LD should have a 2nd binder of health forms and permission slips to keep at the LD campsite.

        • Campers need to check-in upon arrival and check-out with their LD Rep

        • Visitors: Defined as one who has NOT registered for the camp 

        • Contact Camp Chief and appropriate LDT/LD Rep for the special cases

        • NO wristband 

          • • 1. Means you did not registered for the camp (non-registered camper)

              2. Or Registered but did not have the required form(s) submitted  

              3. Not allowed to stay overnight

              4. Only allow to be an observer, can't participate in any activities

              5. Will be asked to leave by the restricted time 

CHECK-OUT

• WHEN: Sunday 4/26 10am

• WHERE: Dining Hall

• WHAT: 

  1. 1. LD Rep will be responsible to inspect their own campsite for cleanness and report any issues to the Registration Team upon checking out. 

     2. LD Rep will sign the check-out form and receive the Binder back.
