At the rifle range, Scouts are introduced to marksmanship using .22 caliber rifles under strict safety protocols. They learn the basics of firearm handling, aiming, and shooting at stationary targets. The experience builds discipline, concentration, and respect for safety and responsibility.

Archery is a popular shooting sports activity where Scouts learn the fundamentals of using a bow and arrow. Participants are taught proper form, safety procedures, target shooting techniques, and range etiquette. It's a fun and skill-building experience that emphasizes focus, patience, and personal improvement.

COPE programs are designed to develop leadership, teamwork, communication, problem-solving, and trust through a series of individual and group challenges. Activities may include high ropes courses, low elements, and other confidence-building tasks. COPE encourages Scouts to push beyond their comfort zones in a safe, supportive environment.
Low COPE:
Can iterate through the challenge multiple times.. introducing more challenging requirements (e.g. can only use 1 hand, or youngest has to go through first)
Perform a debrief after the activity: 3 – Whats (What happened? So What? (i.e. why is that important?, What next? (i.e. how can we use this information?)
Should take no longer than 3-4 minutes

The climbing tower is a man-made structure that offers multiple climbing routes with varying levels of difficulty. It allows Scouts to practice climbing techniques, balance, and coordination in a controlled setting. Like rappelling, climbing emphasizes safety, communication, and perseverance.

Level of Scouts Participating: Troop (Thieu) / Crew (Thanh)
Rappelling gives Scouts the opportunity to descend safely down vertical surfaces using ropes and harnesses. It's often conducted on natural cliffs or artificial towers. Scouts learn how to properly gear up, tie knots, and use belay systems under the supervision of trained instructors, building confidence and trust in equipment and themselves.
