Mon, September 15: Sketchbook Check: Figure drawings from last week. Introduce Pastel Practice Project. Students begin sketching their masterwork on the practice paper. HW: Study Guide due on Test Day Thursday 9.25.
Tues, September 16: Brief Pastel demo as needed. Students continue finish their portrait onto small, sanded paper. Once they get approval, they can move on to pastel. HW: Study Guide due on Test Day Thursday 9.25.
Wed, September 17: Early Release. Students should be working on pastel on their practice project. Will be due Monday, by the end of class. HW: Study Guide due on Test Day Thursday 9.25.
Thur, September 18: Collect all Study Guides. Students Take Tests. When finished they can work on their practice project. If students are taking pictures they can finish their test on the following day. If they finish early, they can work on their practice project. HW: None.
