Carrier schedules a delivery appointment in C3 at the destination site using the available time slices. Carrier then goes to the origin point in C3 (or via email if not on C3) and schedules a pickup appointment.
Carrier should contact the destination site directly and ask if any accommodation can be made. If site can accommodate, they will approve the load as requested. If the site cannot accommodate, the carrier will need to select another day where time slices are available. Then they will go back to the origin point to address any adjustments to the pickup plan.
