C3 For Appointment Scheduling

Scotts Miracle-Gro (SMG) continues to make investments that allow us to strengthen both our continued business operations as well as our carrier partnerships. This includes evolving to take advantage of an increasingly digital world. We are pleased to announce that SMG has partnered with C3 to improve our inbound and outbound scheduling processes. The C3 application will allow carriers and Scotts associates to book open time slots which will reduce the effort required to book appointments. Please refer to the training guides below that will walk you through the process.
