The School-Based Decision Making (SBDM) Council typically meets on the last Monday of each month at 4:00 PM.
The meeting agenda will be posted on the front doors of the school.
Passed in 1990 as part of Kentucky’s Education Reform Act (KERA), SBDM gives schools more control over decisions by forming councils of parents, teachers, and administrators. These councils set school policies to improve student achievement and meet state goals. Shared decision-making helps ensure stronger commitment to student success.
