Devices must be dropped off and left at the front desk with a repair request ticket to be serviced. Repair request tickets are available at the front desk or here.
Repairs are not immediate. Students may access their academic platform from any device that has internet while they are waiting.
PHC staff will contact the parent/student when the device is ready for pick-up.
School issued device must be returned to PHC if a student unenrolls from Scott County Schools.
Lost or stolen SCS devices result in a $200 replacement fee.
No additional device will be issued until the replacement fee has been paid.
