Phoenix Horizon Community (PHC), is a unique voluntary alternative school within Scott County Schools.  At PHC, we are dedicated to providing a personalized and supportive educational environment where students can thrive emotionally, socially, and academically.

• Personalized Learning -   A combination of teacher-led instruction and an innovative online platform for a tailored learning experience.  Students are empowered to set goals and deeply understand content by consuming it in a way that is best for them. with a commitment to graduation students work toward earning the 22 required high school credits to proudly graduate with PHC.

PHC offers a small, close-knit environment with limited spots available. Admission is selective, ensuring that students are ready to meet our high standards and community expectations.
