The Normans

Over the past few weeks 4th & 5th class have been studying the Normans in History. We learned how the Normans invaded Ireland and the places that they settles in. We learned about where they came from, what they wore/ate, how they lived and much more, We made projects on google slides and then made models of Castles, Motte & Baileys, weapons and armour out of recyclable materials. We then presented our projects to the class and other teachers which was a daunting but very enjoyable and educational experience! We did great work!
