The SCOE 21st Century California School Leadership Academy (21CSLA) initiative is a partnership that aims to provide high-quality leadership development training to school and district leaders in California that receive federal Title II funds.
Using continuous improvement principles (a problem-solving approach based on continuous inquiry and learning), 21CSLA will help leaders deepen skills, knowledge, and capacity that will support them in creating more equitable outcomes to meet the needs of all students. The resources developed by the initiative are provided at no cost to qualifying leaders, schools, and districts.
