AVID 12 Period 2 Advancement Via Individual Determination

This senior level class is focused on college and career readiness by preparing for the next exciting chapter in life. Students will be applying for scholarships, college entrance, and other career paths. We will also be learning necessary life after high school survival techniques such as job applications, building an outstanding resume and cover letter, along with basic life skills for living independently. The year will culminate with GRADUATION! Welcome to the real world Class of 2021!!

Foods 2 Period 4

Foods 2 is the second of a series of Foods classes that are available to take. We will be exploring the Commercial Culinary Industry. Students will be learning about and cooking foods that would be prepared in a restaurant.

Foods 1 Period 6

Foods 1 is the introductory class in the culinary program at Scio High School. They will be learning basic food preparation and food safety through out the course. This is a fun hands on class where you get to eat and learn!
