School-Based Counseling

SVSD currently works with two external agencies: CONCERN Counseling (accepts insurance) and Inspired Wellness, Inc. (out-of-pocket).

If seeking school-based counseling, please reach out to your child's counselor for referral paperwork. Agencies will review completed referral forms and contact parents with next steps.

CONCERN is in-network with many major insurances. Please reach out to CONCERN's admissions for insurance verification.

Inspired Wellness is a private pay program that offers a discounted rate for School-Based Counseling. Please reach out to Inspired Wellness, Inc.'s admissions for details on out-of-pocket cost for school-based services.
