Clubs

In order to establish or renew a club at SCHS,

  1. Fill out the Club Charter Request Form. (Must be filled out every year).

  2. ASB and SCHS Administration will discuss the Club Charter Request at the next business meeting.

  3. Allow up to SEVEN days for approval. Once your club charter has been reviewed you will receive an email with follow-up instructions*.

*Please do not begin to meet or fundraise until you've been notified by the ASB Team.

What is a club charter?

A Charter "creates" and is the "founding document" for any organization

(Like the Constitution is for the United States of America)

  • The Charter defines what the organization IS as well as what it can DO

  • The Charter form must be completed every year

How do I get fundraiser approved?

  • First, get your Club/Athletic Charter approved.

  • Then, fill out a Fundraising Request Form.

  • Wait for approval before fundraising. Your club advisor must be present during fundraisers.
