WHO CAN BELONG TO THE BOOSTER CLUB?

The SCHS Athletic Booster Club is open to all interested parents, teachers, coaches and staff. Please help us by becoming a representative from your team! It is our hope to have representatives from all sports at SCHS School.

SCHS Athletic Booster Club Board

Help us to enhance the athletic experience for every sport, every team, and every student-athlete of Steele Canyon High School. Please consider becoming an Athletic Booster Club Board Member. Your attendance and participation at Board Meetings are vital to discuss new ways to enhance the athletic programs.

Board Member nominations are held in March, with terms starting in August of the following school year.
Board Meetings are held on the 3rd Wednesday of each month in the Staff Lounge.

Board Positions:

President: Serves as chairman of the Athletic Boosters Board
1st Vice President: Assist & Aides President
2nd Vice President: Coordinates Booster’s fundraisers
Secretary: Takes minutes at monthly board meeting
Treasurer: Manages Boosters finances and banking operations
Auditor: Audit the financial records of the Boosters annually
Concessions Manager: Helps coordinate and run the snack bar at all home games and events
Purchasing Manager: Works with the concessions manager for purchasing concessions and merchandise sales.
Social Media: Promotes booster's communications and team highlights on social media sites

Volunteer Opportunities

Team Parent: The team parent helps coordinate communications within the team and helps organize team events
Concessions: Helps in the snack bar at home games and events
Photography/Videography: Take game photos/videos to share with the SCHS ABC and community
Social Media: Coordinate/assist with social media posts
Event Planning
Volunteering at Various SCHS-ABC Events
Fundraising
Membership
Executive Board Member: i.e. President, Volunteer Coordinator, Secretary, etc.
