The Athletic Booster club is here to support your team and the Steele Canyon athletic programs in any way possible. Generally, this involves financial support to teams in co-funding uniforms, equipment, and services that otherwise could not be obtained. Read the information below and submit your request prior to the next SCHS Athletic Booster Club monthly meeting.
A Strong Supporter of Strong Teams - Steele Canyon Athletic Booster Club promotes and financially supports all SCHS sports teams and advocates constructive, dedicated parental involvement.
Financial Support comes in two forms:
1. Donation request for sport program needs
2. Acceptance of tax deductible donations pass-through use of Booster Club Non-Profit designation
The SCHS Athletic Booster Club accepts donation requests for sports programs in need. Donation requests can be made by filling out this form. Funding requests will be considered at the next monthly Board Meeting. If needed sooner, please reference as such on the Request Form.
Equipment Purchases: include two quotes and/or product brochures
Team Fees: include any supporting items to show how the funds will be used

SCHS Athletic Booster Club is here to assist you in your fundraising efforts. The SCHS Athletic Booster Club is a registered 501 (c) (3) non-profit organization, which means that we can accept donations and can offer a tax receipt for tax deductible donation purposes to the donating organization.
To offer tax deductible donation status to the donating organization, the fundraising group needs to involve the SCHS Athletic Booster Club. This packet is designed to assist you in making fundraising and reimbursement of funds as easy as possible.
Prior to submitting the relevant forms below, please contact the Vice Principal of Athletics, to make sure the event is approved by the school. A signature is needed to confirm that this has been approved by the school.
