Tutoring for the Community
Community Tutoring for middle and high school students is the newest offering from THINK TANK, which provides a number of academic support services at the UA. Private tutoring is available in a wide range of middle and high school subjects, including math (algebra, geometry, and calculus), science (biology and chemistry), social studies and language arts. General academic skills tutoring is also available. All sessions include one hour of in-person tutoring at a rate of $35/hour. Sessions take place at THINK TANK's location at the UA Student Recreation Center, centrally located at the corner of 6th Street and Highland Avenue. Parent waiting areas are available in the Rec Center lobby and at Fuel, a restaurant located across the hall from THINK TANK.

These tutors have worked with middle and high school students during the semester they are enrolled in the tutoring course. Tutors' contact information is included in the list. Tutors set their own rates.
