Clients who adopt their new sites may pay student developers for ongoing work!
In Web Design I, you made a WordPress website as a digital portfolio for your own work. Now, you'll make a site for a real client. If they like it, they may pay you to make updates over the summer. Juniors and seniors can take the Internship class with Mrs. Healey the following year and get paid for work on other websites.
You took Web Design I and did well, or you learned HTML and CSS on your own. Talk to Mr. M. if you want to take this class based on your own work.
Muhammad and Brandon are doing the internship now, and both have made over $1000. Alec did paid work over the summer. Here are some we've made:
Go Fresh Mobile Market - Muhammad's paying client.
Gray Catbird Gift Shop - Brandon's paying client.
Valley to Valley - funding hydropower in Ecuador. Brandon's client.
The Free Web Clinic - Alec was paid to rework the site.
Sheila Connally Photos - you know Ms. Connally probably!
