You will need to apply for digital eCards so that you can borrow digital books. Under each Public Library catalog link you will see a link to a library eCard application (the application will open in a new tab when the application link is clicked). Once you complete the library eCard application you will receive an e-mail with a digital barcode that you can use when you want to borrow digital books from the library catalog.
