Directions to Create Your NYC Schools Account
If you have not done so already, it is important for you register for an NYC Schools Account, which will provide you access to key information about your child’s progress, including your child’s report card grades. With your NYC Schools Account, you will be able to view your child's information in one of ten languages on a computer, phone or tablet.

We are happy to announce that Summer Rising will take place at our School, The Staten Island School of Civic Leadership – P.S. 861, this Summer 2026!

About Summer Rising:
- Summer Rising is available to all current Kindergarten through current 8th grade students
- K-5 Summer Rising will run July 1 – August 14
- 6-8 Summer Rising will run July 1 – August 7
- Students will be provided with free breakfast and lunch
- Programming will include academics led by NYC Public School staff and enrichment activities held by DYCD Community Based Organizations (CBOs)

- This year registration will once again take place through your MySchools account at https://www.myschools.nyc/en/
o The registration window is open from March 3 through March 27, 2026
o Spaces are limited. Please register early.
