Natale is an ML/ELL Compliance and Performance Specialist supporting schools in District 15 and District 23. He focuses his work on supporting schools with the compliance of ML/ELL policy. He began his career in the NYC Department of Education as an ENL/Italian teacher. Prior to becoming an ML/ELL Compliance and Performance Specialist, Natale’s experiences as an educator include classroom teacher, ELL Coordinator, and ELL Instructional Coach. Natale received a B.A in Teaching Italian, an M.S in TESOL, and an M.S in School leadership. Natale is dedicated to supporting administrators and teachers with best practices in ML/ELL compliance of policy to help foster success for all students.
