Individuals can apply for Library Cards in person or online.
In-Person - To borrow physical and digital materials, visit a local library with proof of ID and address to complete the application for a physical card.
Online - New York residents ages 13 and older can get a digital library card through the online card application and gain access to an array of digital resources. You may also request physical items with your digital account. However, you will need to check out your items with a physical card. https://www.nypl.org/library-card/new
Digital Library Card for Kids - Children 12 and under can apply for a digital library card with a parent or guardian through our free e-reader app SimplyE. The Morris Park Library houses a collection of adult, young adult and children books, audio recordings, and resources in English, Italian, Albanian, and Chinese. There also are 19 public-access computers and wireless Internet access.

The Parkchester Library offers books for all ages and audiobooks. In addition, it has materials in various languages including English, Spanish, Bengali, French, Chinese, Urdu, and Hindi. They also offer English for Speakers of Other Languages as well as a TechConnect computer lab with classes taught in English, and select classes in Spanish and Bengali.

The West Farms Library has reading rooms for adults and young adults on the first floor, and a children's room on the second floor with a toddler area and a separate story-hour room. It also has an outdoor reading area that opens off the first floor.
