School leadership teams develop plans to share and inform families and caregivers about their child’s literacy progress, empowering families to ask the necessary questions that will allow them to support their child at home and school. All schools will develop family friendly, home-language literacy progress reports and incorporate literacy data into parent-teacher conferences and/or other meetings with families:
Share literacy data (screening results and progress)
Set goals for student literacy development
