• Be respectful to all people,  the library is a safe space for everyone. 

• Check out your books before leaving the library,

• You may keep books for up to two weeks, after that they must be renewed or returned. 

• Do not graffiti the tables or chairs. 

• Stuffed animals are for cuddling, not for throwing

To come to open library you must come during AM homeroom and sign out a pass.  You must return the passes when you return to lunch. 

The I.S. 10 Horace Greeley Library’s mission statement is to provide library access to all students and engage them on a path towards college and career readiness.  The library will collaborate with teachers in every department in order to build students’ and teachers’ computer literacy and critical thinking skills.  Finally, the library seeks to bring students from all cultures together to find a safe space where everyone feels represented.
