The Common App is a college application platform that allows students to apply to multiple colleges and universities using one application. There are over 1,000 colleges/universities that accept Common App (including SUNY schools). It allows you to apply to multiple schools without having to fill out individual applications for each school. Some schools will require students to complete additional supplements in order to submit.
