Hack League

CS4All Hack League

Through the Hack League student teams are given the opportunity to use survey data and open data from their school neighborhoods to design, prototype, develop, and evaluate apps, games, and websites that address real-world community issues. Students creatively engage in a human-centered design and strategic problem-solving process aimed at improving quality of life and civic issues.

The Hack League kicks off with in-school, teacher-led hackathons throughout the winter. Student teams then progress to the final, citywide hackathon that takes place in the spring.
