Pre and post season: Wednesdays after 10th period in 1S12
During season (usually from around 1/5-3/31): mon-fri from end of 10th - 6pm, sat from 9-3 (in 1S12)
6 credits per semester are awarded to members who actively participate in the team.
The Brooklyn Techknights, also known as FRC team 334, harnesses the resources and knowledge of its incredibly imaginative and experienced members and faculty to design, manufacture, and build a robot to participate in the FIRST Robotics Competition against other schools across the country and the world. NOTE: The only way to join the Robotics Team is in the fall by trying out. If you are interested in trying out, please keep an eye out in the daily announcements at the beginning of the school year for more information and make sure to be aware of the large time commitment that being on the team requires.

How do I join?
In the fall, join one of our info sessions to learn more about the team. If you are interested in joining the team, come try out (more details about tryouts are discussed at the info session).
Member Cap: The team usually has around 40 members
Tryouts: Tryouts are required, held towards the beginning of the school year, and are the only way to join the team

Over the course of our season, we design, build and test a robot to participate in the FIRST Robotics Challenge, where we compete against other schools from across the world.
