Contribute financially! Support the activities of the Parent & Family Group with a financial contribution via Paypal or Venmo—and thereby support our entire community. This is the easiest way to contribute to teacher meals for conferences, ongoing staff appreciation, community events like Harvest Fest and Winter Warm-Up, and much more. The Parent & Family Group is a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, which means your contributions are fully tax-deductible. Consider a recurring monthly donation to provide ongoing, reliable support—simply select "Make this a monthly donation," and PayPal will take care of the rest.
Come to a board meeting! This is a good way to get an overview of current activities and see where you might plug in. Feel free to peruse our meeting minutes!
Help plan events! Watch for invitations to planning meetings for specific events, or contact us any time to let us know what you're interested in.
Sign up to volunteer at a specific event! Whenever an event is coming up, you can watch for news from us and from the school and find a sign-up link to take on a role like "potluck guardian" or the oh-so-glamorous (and extremely helpful/necessary) "clean up afterwards."
Come to gatherings and events! We want to get to know you! We host Grown-up Meetups, big events like Harvest Fest and Winter Warm-Up, restaurant nights, and more. You are 100% welcome to come as you are and connect with other folks who have kids at the school. You can see the up-to-date calendar of all planned events on the homepage and also on the school's Google Calendar.
Join the Facebook group! For those of us on Facebook, joining the St. Paul School of Northern Lights Family Group is an easy way to connect with other caregivers and find out about things going on at the school.
