Mission Statement:

• Scholars' Academy has a vested interest in preparing our students for life after high school. Our goal as the transition team is to provide our students with a variety of opportunities, while in high school, to participate in activities that will build career and life skills, knowledge and experiences in order to prepare students to live, learn, and work within the community.

What is transition?

Planning and Services needed to prepare students with disabilities for moving smoothly from school to, learning, adult living and earning roles in the community after leaving high school.
