Will students earn grades and will attendance be taken for each elective?

No- we will be monitoring participation.

How many electives will students be able to take?

Students are encouraged to take all electives.

Are all electives available to all grades?

Yes- 1 grade-level appropriate lesson and assignment will be available to all students on a weekly basis.

Is there a set time for elective meetings?

No- the lessons are prerecorded and available to access at the best time for the students.

Can a student join an elective late?

Yes - the assignments for the year will be available for students on each website/GoogleClassroom so a student can develop any skills they may have missed.

How can students get help from their elective teachers?

Elective teachers will have ZOOM office hour availability from 12:30 - 4:30 Mon-Th. Exact schedules for each grade band/ability level will be available on the respective course sites.

What materials will students need to participate in each elective?

We are starting with all assignments only needing basic school supplies. If other, more advanced materials are required then we will arrange for material distribution at a later date.
