Prioritize in-person interactions. Going to eat with your friends? Have everyone leave their phone face down on the table and chat away!
Don't fall asleep with your phone. Do you have trouble sleeping? Read a book before bed instead for better quality sleep. That blue light can be stimulating.
Think before you post. Will anyone be hurt by what you post?
Use technology as a tool, not a crutch. Before you Google, spend 5 minutes thinking through the problem to see if you can answer it yourself.
iPhone users can head to their settings and then click "Screen Time." You can limit time on certain apps. For example, 15 minutes daily can be set for TikTok if you spend too much time there.
