Please find the GBSSA 2024 Meet Package as well as some other helpful documents at the bottom of this site.

You are also encouraged go to http://www.ofsaa.on.ca/swimming for details regarding the meet. Please make sure that you are familiar with the OFSAA playing regulations. It seems like a lot, but it is important that you print them all off and read them and study them.

Go here to download Hy-tek Team Manager Lite – it’s free. Click Lite in the list of programs near the bottom right of the page.

Alternatively, you can purchase the full version which allows you to conserve data from year to year. You can purchase the Bronze or Silver (recommended) version here.

Once you have loaded Team Manager, start a new data base and enter your swimmer information.  You must start a new team first. Once you have the swimmer info and event file, you can do your entries.

TEAM MANAGER SETUP

Under Setup, choose the following:

Preferences - System Preferences - click the radio buttons for:

State/ Province Labels - choose Province

Default Team Registration - choose Other

Default Team Type - choose HS

Default Country - choose Canada

Default LSC - choose ON

Default State - choose ON

Meet Age-up Date - type in 01/01/2024

All other preferences are your choice

Once you are set up, click Teams - Add - then enter the team information - you cannot enter athletes until you have added a new team.

Now you are ready to enter your swimmer information - click Athletes - Add - then enter swimmer information - remember, if they are Open, enter their SNC number in the ID#  field.

Now you are ready to import the event file at the bottom of this page.

Download it onto a location on your computer.

Click File - Import - Meet Events - then find it and double click

ENTRIES:

In Team Manager, when you click on Meets, 2024_GBSSA should be listed.

Click Entries - Entry By Name to enter individual events. NOTE: It will not allow you to enter times until you select your Team near the top of the page.

YOU MUST INCLUDE ENTRY TIMES.

Maximum 2 individual entries per swimmer

Click Entries - Entry By Event to enter relays.

Maximum 2 relay entries per swimmer

IMPORTANT NOTES:

Make sure every single entry has an entry time - if you don't have times on some of your swimmers then estimate them.  It will be a much better experience for EVERYONE.

Make sure all swimmers will be entered in the correct category. We will be checking the Swimming Natation Canada database for accuracy.
