The goal of the annual SCCTM Math Conference is to bring mathematics educators together from across the Palmetto State for two inspiring days of professional development activities.

The annual SCCTM Math Conference is a two-day summit of talks, activities, and workshops that has been held since 1976.

Registering Your Speakers

• SCCTM will provide the booth manager with one food ticket for each day per booth reserved.

• All speakers must register online as a speaker. Speakers receive an acceptance email detailing how to register. They are sent a discount code. In the email, they are asked to contact director@scctmconference.org if they are a booth manager speaker for a different code.

• If the booth manager is also a speaker, the booth manager/speaker will register as a Vendor Speaker with Booth (VM). A special code will be shared for Vendor Speaker with booth registration for complimentary registration. For each paid-for booth, you may register one person per booth as a speaker without a fee. For example, if you pay for two booths, you may use the Booth Manager code twice. If you pay for one booth, you may use the vendor speaker code once. Only those registered in our attendee /speaker system will receive food tickets. (Your booth workers who are only working the booth, won't receive food tickets. One set of food tickets will be issued for each paid-for booth. One unique speaker may register using the special code for Vendor Speakers for each paid-for booth.

• If a vendor speaker isn't the booth manager speaker or the company has more speakers than booths, then the extra speaker must register as a Speaker Member (SM) or Speaker Nonmember (SN) and pay the speaker registration fee to receive food tickets. Food tickets will be issued to each paid SM and SN speaker upon check-in at the information desk. (If registered for one day, a lunch ticket is issued for one day. If registered for both days, 2 tickets will be issued.)

• Once a speaker has registered online at scctm.org, they will be added to the conference program.

• If you must cancel your exhibit booth and/or speaker registration payments, please see the SCCTM Refund Policy at scctm.org. SCCTM is unable to issue a full refund unless the request is made by the refund deadline. Please visit scctm.org for information on the SCCTM Policies.

Exhibitors are also able to pay online. A payment invoice with a direct link for online payment will be sent to the email address entered into the Exhibitor Application form.  The invoice can be paid right away or the invoice can be forwarded to the person in charge of payment. There will be a payment link in the invoice received by email.

The same early and late registration deadlines also hold for online registration. It is necessary to provide a completed Exhibitor Application Form whether paying by check or online at scctm.org.
