Hello!  My name is Mrs. Liszewski.  This year is going to be my ninth year teaching, but my first year at Smithton Elementary School.  Before I was lucky enough to join the Smithton team of teachers, I was the 2nd grade teacher at Germantown Elementary School.  Even though it is my first year teaching at Smithton, I am not new to the community.  I was previously the head girls basketball coach for 3 years.  I am very excited to be a Smithton Cougar again!

I am from Freeburg, Illinois.  I began school at St. Libory Elementary School, but my family later moved to Freeburg.  I went to grade school and high school in Freeburg. I have the most adorable daughter, Lenni.  I absolutely love animals.  I have 3 pet dogs named Tyson, Floki, and Maria.  Tyson is a Boxer/Pit bull, and Floki and Maria are Goldendoodles. 

I love sports! My two favorite sports growing up were basketball and soccer.  I went to college at Lindenwood University-Belleville on a soccer scholarship.
