is a cooperative program between the schools and the Department of Rehabilitation (DOR). TPP builds partnerships between local education agencies and the DOR for the purposes of successfully transitioning high school students with disabilities into meaningful employment and/or post-secondary education. School staff work closely in conjunction with DOR staff to provide DOR Student Services to students. DOR Vocational Rehabilitation Services may also be offered, depending on the individual student’s need. TPP has a limited number of openings each year.
