WorkAbility offers an on-the-job training program to benefit the student and your business.

The students are technically employees of the WorkAbility program and are paid via the school district payroll office AT NO COST TO YOU.

• The program is responsible for the Worker's Compensation insurance

• Students have been screened and prepared for employment

• Employers are supported by on-going monitoring to improve a student's on-the-job performance

• Employers have an opportunity to help the youth in their community gain valuable work experience
